Ruth was polite, pleasant, and very knowledgeable; easy to understand, and made sure to answer all questions with a calm composure. She made sure we understood each portion of the training in class as a whole before moving on to the next parts. The information offered was well organized and appropriately delivered in a timely fashion, within a clean environment. I had no knowledge about this industry coming in, and now I'm leaving as a certified Master Broker! Everyone was friendly and in good spirits throughout the course. I highly recommend training with these (clearly) experienced experts!
