Load Training School exceeded all expectations!!!!!!! I can’t began to tell you how Ruth (The Instructor) made all of this information make sense to me. I was overwhelmed reading all of the material prior to attending class but she assured me that i would be fine. She went over all of the required material but it was life experiences and stories that brought all of this information together. If we had a question and the text book answer still had us unsure about a process. She would break it down with real life situation, I feel like I have a New Friend/Mentor for life. All I can say is Wow and Blessed. Ruth is an excellent instructor we took the Private Class. You get instruction and guidance and all the support you need about anything that has to do with the industry. We left feeling like we had the tools we needed to succeed in the industry. OMG!!! I’ve been in the transportation industry for 18 years. I’ve put this off thinking that I wasn’t ready for ‘brokering’… Man, was I soooooo mistaken… if you are a motor carrier, you NEED this, PERIOD…(if you never broker 1 load, it will help tremendously (IMO))!!! I did the 1 on 1 hands on training. Ruth was fantabulous…!!! Her knowledge and experience of brokering is amazing. The class was just down right phenomenal. I feel the biggest takeaway is the confidence you leave with. I’m extremely excited about starting my new brokerage. And down right confident that it will be a success.
